Foreign Post Offices
We collect your parcels and book them at the FPO
An international parcel leaves India through a Foreign Post Office — the customs-cleared office of exchange where the declaration is examined and the parcel is handed to the onward carrier. Getting there is usually the exporter’s problem. In Delhi, it is ours.

We collect
A pickup from your premises in Delhi NCR, on the day you book it. No counter queue, no courier leg, no handing your consignment to a third party first.

We present it
Your parcels go to FPO New Delhi with the PBE, CN22/CN23 and invoice already prepared, so the paperwork and the parcel arrive together.

We book it
Booked at the counter under the India Post code INDEL5, and the tracking number comes back against the order it came from.
Pickup and counter booking run in Delhi. Everywhere else, you book through the platform and present the parcel at whichever office below is yours — the documents are generated the same way.
